To
all,
Here is my first
stab at the installation plan in terms of who needs to be on site. See the
attached documents for an overview.
The customer's
cooling system will not be on-line until the end of March - WanJe or HL, do you
know what date they are planning to have it running? Our installation
and training tasks need to be done before the end of April due to the
contract terms, so it is going to be very tight.
For the US guys,
please let me know if this does or does not work for your schedule:
Week
of 4/6 - 4/10
Rod
Don
Week of 4/13 -
4/17
Don
Shawn
Week
of 4/20-4/24
Don?
Brad
Patrick (is 1 week
enough time?)
For MTS Korea guys
-- does this plan look reasonable to you? I assume that the installation
and training tasks you will provide, will be going on simultaneously with the US
people. How many MTS Korea people will be on-site to help do all this
work?
We need to know some
things from the customer, such as how many people will receive which kind of
training. If all the same customer people receive all the training, I
don't think it is humanly possible to do it all in 4 weeks. They should
form some groups to receive training - such as: load frames, structural
actuators w/real time hybrid control, RLS controller. We also need a
specimen built according to Shawn's sketch and some strain data to run a small
scale test on the RLS controller.
Any comments,
questions or suggestions?
Roz
